When will volume three be out in the shpo's fpr sale

According to Wikipedia, only the first two seasons are completed, and the third is apparently in progress.

Due to the popularity of the first thirteen episodes, the ABC released a DVD of the episodes. The DVD contained newly recorded commentary for each episode which was recorded by various cast members and crew. It was released as a two disk set with seven episodes on the first disk and six episodes on the second with unaired scenes. The DVD was released by the ABC on August 17, 2006.[13][14]

The second volume of the first season, contained the latter thirteen episodes of the season. It was in the same format of the first DVD, containing commentary and unaired scenes, and was released on November 1, 2006.[15] The first thirteen episodes of the second season in 2007, again had the same features, and was released on August 14, 2007.[16]
